Groups at One Address

More than one person at the same address, worked through in a sequence somebody has agreed on.

Group bookings are the most logistics-heavy thing we arrange, and they fail in predictable ways. Nobody decided the order. The room holds four people and eight showed up. The day had a hard deadline nobody mentioned. Half the group is still asleep. Give us a headcount, a room, an order and the deadline the day is built around, and most of that disappears before it happens.

The deadline is the piece worth saying out loud. If photos start at a fixed time, or a ceremony does, or a flight does, the schedule has to be built backward from it rather than forward from when everyone wakes up. Tell us what the fixed point is when you book. We will not guess at how long anything takes on your behalf — that is a conversation to have with the provider who is being sent, with your actual headcount in front of them.
