Travel bookings are common along the Wasatch Front and up in Park City, and they are the ones most likely to hit an access problem. Hotels vary on whether outside providers can come up to a room. Resort properties and rentals often sit behind gates, codes or assigned parking. Some buildings require the guest to come down and escort someone up. Ask the property what its policy is, then tell us the answer, because it is easier to plan around than to discover.
The room itself matters less than at a house, but not none. There still needs to be a seat, an outlet and somewhere to set things down, and a suite full of luggage is not always the room you think it is. If several people are being seen in one room, say so when you book so the space and the order can be planned rather than improvised on arrival.
